Dean's Professional Services is looking for a Staffing Coordinator to staff our Professional Services Division to work in our corporate office! We are looking for someone with energy, enthusiasm, and ready to hit the ground running.
The Staffing Coordinator’s essential role is to assist the Staffing Department in ensuring the best qualified employee is sent to clients, maintaining client relationships, and assist with putting the best candidate to work. The Staffing Coordinator also assists with human resources department on enforcing and maintaining procedures and policies, compliance and quality assurance.
Duties to include:
•Staffing – maintain revenue goals, client and employee relationships and management of placements (temporary, conversion, and direct hire)
•Recruiting – recruitment of qualified candidates for open positions, interviewing, networking events, social media marketing for recruitment purposes
•Human Resources – assist in client trainings, follow up on candidate compliance, orientations for employees based on specific client requirements
•Client / Employee Relations – ability to capture, grow and maintain client base, client visits, developing a partnership
•Documentation – paper / electronic documentation as required for all communication, job orders, and relevant information, in addition to reporting of goals
$28,000 - $38,000 (**Negotiable for the right person)

•2+ Years of Technical Recruiting / Staffing or Professional Level Staffing / Recruiting Experience.
•Must have knowledge and understanding of temporary, temporary to direct hire, and direct hire staffing
•Computer Proficiency REQUIRED, with extensive knowledge of Microsoft software
•Proficiency with Social Media (Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn)
•Travel to client sites REQUIRED
•At home internet access REQUIRED
•Full Time Position - Some overtime required
•Must be available to take call 24/7
